A Refreshing Beach Retreat

There's no better way to refresh your spirits than spending a week with your adored ones at 'Mint Julep'. This 6 bedroom, 4 full, 2 half bath Outer Banks rental with an elevator is loaded with amenities. The indoor rec room will surely be a kids' favorite and the wet bar will be a hit with the adults. Outside, the private pool will gift days of fun in the sun to the entire family! Fire up the gas grille to prepare delicious seafood filets and then spend your evenings calming your cares away in the bubbly hot tub. In addition to the many amenities, Mint Julep is also an oceanside home that's less than a fifth of a mile away or a fast 3-min. walk from the beach!

The ground floor holds the rec room with a mounted intelligent TV on the wall and an air hockey game that will offer hours of fun competition. The pyramid bunk bedroom gives the kids plenty of space with a twin bed on top and full on the bottom. There's also a queen bedroom and a shared hall bath. This level holds a convenient laundry area. In the backyard, you'll find the private pool and hot tub, where your days and nights will be spent swimming and soaking under Outer Banks skies!

When going between levels you won't have to labor up and down the stairs -- there's an elevator to use if you prefer! The mid-level holds three other bedrooms including a master king. The attached master bath has been refreshed with new vanities and granite/tile in the cavernous shower. There are 2 additional queen bedrooms that share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo. All the bedrooms even have mounted intelligent TVs! The mid-level comes complete with a front and back covered porch and patio area that's ideal for invigorating outdoor lunches!

The top level has impressive cathedral ceilings that will certainly catch your eye as you enter. There's seating for 6 at the dining room table, with additional seating for 4 at the round table and 3 more at the bar! The kitchen comes entirely equipped with everything necessary for chef-prepared meals at home. You'll find a convenient half bath on this level as well. We know you'll appreciate the time you'll spend on the front and back sun decks, sipping your morning coffee, or soaking up some afternoon rays. The top-level holds the final bedroom -- a master king en-suite bath and direct deck access!

The historic Avalon Pier is a great place to spend an afternoon fishing while Nags Head Woods offers the ideal opportunity to observe the flora and fauna of the island. Sample fresh seafood and other local fares at one of multiple eateries close by including Pigman's Bar-B-Que, Mama Kwan's Tiki Bar & Grille, Miller's Seafood & Steak House, Country Deli, The Kill Devil Grille and Beachcombers Tiki Hut where you can also savor oceanfront dining!
