This bungalow offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, sizable living room, freshly refreshed kitchen, and dinning area that seats 16. Rec room with pool table and ping pong and flat screen TV. Kids Den with TV - ideal for gaming. Fenced in back yard and outdoor shower.
Walking distance to beach and Avalon Fishing Pier (High Tide Bar) about 2 blocks or 300 yards. Awful Arthur's Restaurant, convenience store and shopping center all within walking distance. Groceries (Food Lion and Publix),Theater, Lowes & Belk's and shopping all within 1/2 mile. 5-10 mins. to Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Wright Brothers Memorial. A great day trip would be to drive down the beach and really see the best that the outer banks has to offer. Short drive through the Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, and Hatteras areas takes you to the ferry and a 30 min. trip over to Ocracoke. This would really be an amazing day trip adventure.
Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. Convenient to golf, shopping, great dining and sight-seeing. The exhilarating Atlantic Ocean is just steps away.
