The kitchen offers the perfect setup for family meals, with a double oven and counter-top range, plus two dishwashers. Ample seating is provided for meals and entertainment. Snuggle up for movie night or game night in either the open living area or the lower level den, where you can challenge your travel partners to a game of foosball. Retreat to one of the en suite bedrooms at the end of each fun day. With two king beds, a queen and a pyramid bunk, there's plenty of space for the whole family.

Outside, 10-42 offers a fenced yard with private pool (20x12) and three levels of decks, featuring a hot tub, plenty of deck seating for relaxing and dining, and a hammock (just right for an afternoon nap)! Hauling gear to the beach is easy with a provided cart.

10-42 is directly across the street from shopping, restaurants, and mini golf, and just a short drive to the movie theater, coffee shops and so much more. Avalon Pier is conveniently located only about a mile from 10-42, where you can catch the stunning sunrise, cast a line, or simply gaze over the Atlantic Ocean.

Please note this home does not include bed linens and towels, however, an optional package can be purchased for an additional charge. No pets, please. Smoke free.
