This is an upstairs apartment. There is a completely separate downstairs unit. There is no shared space outside of the driveway for parking!
HOME RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No more guest then the number stated on the listing are allowed at the property at any time, This includes kids (infants) of all ages.
- No smoking inside of the home but outside is fine
- No events
- No events (If host finds out there is a event you agree to terminate your listing with zero refund and leave the property)

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Throw away anything in refrigerator and freezer
- Take trash from each trash can (kitchen and bathroom) to the trash can right outside.
- Please make sure dishes are clean. Please either start the dishwasher or if there is not a dishwasher please hand wash.
