We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under 25. We stringently prohibit third-event bookings for our guests and neighbors' safety and tranquility. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★
After booking your stay with us, we ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and delightful experience for all events involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you agree to share this agreement and the home rules with all events on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everybody" staying or visiting the property.

★ ADDITIONAL SCREENING ★
Our company uses a third-event screening service called Safely. You may receive an e-mail from Safely asking you for additional information to verify your identity, such as your home address and date of birth. Please visit the Safely website if you would like further information.

★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★
Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee of $100 for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home, and its contents are protected during the stay.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
Bring your furry friends along for an appealing vacation with a $100 per pet fee. They'll get to savor and run around the cavernous court while you relax in front of the entrance. Should you bring family pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund. (2 dogs max)
