The modern kitchen has been refreshed for 2025 with new countertops, a deep double kitchen sink, and new tile backsplash with freshly painted cabinets, and equipped with stainless steel appliances, is the heart of this condo. It includes a breakfast bar with seating for four, as well as a huge dining table for the entire family to gather and savor meals together. The cavernous oceanfront balcony offers ample seating and a table, making it the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee made with the new dual-function Keurig Coffee maker or relax with an afternoon drink. "Oceanside Dream" has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom features a queen-sized bed. For entertainment, there are Intelligent TVs in the living area and both bedrooms, along with a Blu-ray player and access to Netflix in the living area. The condo comes supplied with plenty of books, games, and puzzles for family enjoyment.
The kitchen is well-equipped with various appliances, including a Ninja Air Fryer, a waffle maker, a George Foreman grille, a Panini maker, a slow cooker, and even a rice cooker.

Additionally, a wine cooler is included. The condo is completely furnished and charmingly decorated. For 2025, the HVAC system has been replaced, a new water heater and brand-new ceiling fans. This property also includes a washer and dryer, access to an oceanfront pool, covered parking, and an elevator, and it is stringently non-smoking with no family pets allowed.
