Drop the hook at this handsome newly modernized canalfront home. Located on the relaxing waters of Colington Harbour, this home is ready for your boat, jet ski, Stand-up paddle board or kayak adventure. The community boat launch ramp (fee) is available close by for a fast launch.

At the front of the home you will be welcomed with ample parking and a 2 car garage for all your storage needs (two beach chair and one beach umbrella provide for guest use). Entering the home on the ground floor, you will appreciate the Rec room with Pool table; a great getaway area for the kids and adults. A back door will take to the back lush yard where you will find a furnished patio, Enclosed outside shower, Gas grille and Private dock.

From the dock you and your family can fish, crab or start a boating, kayak /Standup Paddle adventure down the spectacular canal, winding its way through the waters of Colington out into the Albemarle Sound on an adventure that is sure to be one of the highlights of your vacation!

On the outside of the 2nd floor you find the open air screen canalfront deck with extraordinary vistas of water, wetlands, & wildlife. Watch the activity of the canal while appreciating morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on this enchanting furnished deck. Inside a comfortable well-furnished living area awaits you with two futons, enormous screen TV that opens to the completely equipped kitchen with breakfast bar that can serve seafood and steaks at the water view dining area.

The 2nd level also has three bedrooms: 1st master suite with a King bed and HDTV, 2nd Queen bedroom and 3rd Double and twin bedroom. A full hall bathroom is also available.

Getting to the beach is painless and only a short 10-min. drive to a beach access with Parking, bathhouse and guarded beach in season, located at the end of E. Ocean Bay Blvd. You will find Numerous eateries, grocery stores, & shopping centers close by.

Spectacular community amenities including: a humongous sound side park with sandy beaches, a playground, and sheltered picnic areas, a basketball court, as well as a boat launch and boat slips for rent. Also the Yacht and Racket Club, which accepts use of the two outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, and community clubhouse.
