The outdoor space is a heaven of its own. Unlike most vacation units where the pool is on the first level, at Island Enchantment the pool is located off the second level. This 38'x20' dune-top, heated pool gives you great vistas of the dunes and ocean while splashing around or sitting on one of the comfortable lounge chairs supplied. Along with ample deck space, a walkway straight to the beach, two seven person hot tubs (one under a covered deck), and a cabana with outdoor TV, what more could you ask for?

With big roomy bedrooms, along with plenty of calming and fun spaces, this home is ideally suited for accommodating huge groups. Seasonal Cabana Services: Exclusive Cabana Services: 05/01/25 - 09/28/25 - This home receives daily oceanfront cabana and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) 10x10 cabana tent and (6) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is supplied by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.

Animals: Island Enchantment is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Heated Oceanfront Pool: Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Private heated pool will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open all year. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**

Special events are welcome at this home! You and your event can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Please contact KEES for details and arrangements for your special event reservation. Fees vary by property. Please contact Guest Services for more information.

The EV Charger is complimentary to use at this home for guests of this home.

• To get the best rental for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
• In the Kill Devil Hills area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are booked early. Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
