Ocean vistas are what it's all about, with the hot tub on its own oceanfront deck between the home and the cavernous dune top deck to the beach, handsome day or nighttime! Top-Deck is IPE Brazilian wood for no splinters and high-quality outdoor furnishings is on both oceanfront decks for hours of enjoyment! Vistas of the Wright Brothers Memorial in the distance from the top-level deck. You will spend all your time watching the ocean, appreciating the sunrise, and soaking in the hot tub under the stars. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is on the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park. Children at Play Museum and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Kill Devil Hills. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Kill Devil Hills vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for details.
