Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a huge private pool and outdoor space that is entirely equipped for days of fun in the sun. The private pool offers a waterfall feature and multiple seating options around the pool. The poolside cabana features bar seating, an outdoor dining table, TV, full bathroom, and wet bar with sink and mini refrigerator. There's also 2 Hot Tubs, one at each end of the pool. From the pool, there is a lighted private beach walkway with roomy dune deck and outdoor shower and foot wash to rinse off the sand before returning to the pool. Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

Advance Reservations in this property for a future year more than 51 weeks in advance are allowed. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal. Reserve any available 2026 week and pay 25% within 3 days, 25% by November 1 and the remainder 60 days prior to arrival.
