This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo is designed to provide the utmost in comfort and luxury. Each king bedroom features a full private ensuite for total privacy and convenience. The sleeper couch in the living area accepts for a total accommodation of up to six guests, making it ideal for family vacations or a getaway with friends.

The kitchen, entirely outfitted with all the essentials, invites you to prepare your favorite meals with ease. Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be supplied prior to arrival.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

**Up to two family pets (max. 50 lbs) are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
