"Coco's Cottage" is a classic OBX "Beach Box" with what you & your dog(s) need to RELAX and appreciate your time at the beach. Located at MP 6.5 between the roads, and constructed in 1972, much of the interior remains unchanged, including some of the decor & artifacts! 2 full baths & 2 queen beds, along with 2 twin beds. Cozy furnishings, kitschy decor, deck and under-home area, tons of kitchen silverware, etc. Games, books, Wi-Fi, TV's and the same beach & salt air as available at places costing 12 times as much!!
1 block from the Beach Road & 5th St beach access at the LIFEGUARD BEACH. 3 blocks from the Avalon Fishing Pier. The new Target/CVS/Starbucks is at the end of the street, within walking distance. Belk, Food Lion and other shopping is across the by-pass from Target - all within walking distance. Eat like a local at The Jolly Roger, Awful Arthur's or the Avalon Pier 'beach bar'....
