Conveniently located ground level apartment with private entrance. Half mile from the OCEAN-one block from the Albemarle SOUND! Ideal beach home for couples, families, solo adventurers. So come, relax, and appreciate all the beauty & fun the Outer Banks has to offer! This layout is located on the first story/ground level of the two story complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown is private for you and separate from the other apartment which is also available to rent if you need more space!

*Please read all the way to the bottom.* This apartment is located on the Outer Banks, NC at Milepost 6. It has a private entrance with *kitchenette* (suitable for light cooking), living room, two bedrooms, & one bathroom. The kitchenette has an apartment size refrigerator, modest sink, microwave, enormous toaster oven, modest hotplate, & basic kitchen items (pot, pan, plates, drinking glasses, wine glasses, silverware, tea pot). There is also a coffee/tea station - Drip coffee pot.

Make sure you don't forget to bring your beach towels & sunscreen!

Bedroom #1 has a king bed with dresser, TV with streaming capability, and modest couch. This room is to the right when you enter.

Bedroom #2 is connected to the bathroom with comfortable queen bed, dresser, and two sizable closets. Located to the right of the kitchenette.

The bathroom is accessible through the hallway AND queen bedroom.

The living room has a huge sectional couch & chair for calming and 50" Intelligent TV with streaming capabilities through Roku.

You’ll find some beach chairs in the closet to the right of the kitchenette.

**This home is a duplex style layout and this rental is located on the first story/ground level of the complex. Your entrance and all of the space shown and listed is private for you and completely separate from the other apartment. You may hear foot steps upstairs occasionally. **

The upper apartment is completely separate and is available for rent as well. It’s a three bedroom two bath with a full kitchen if you are looking for a bigger apartment.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this apartment is in the city center and near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Kitty Hawk Woods Reserve. Paradise Fun Park and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to visit Kill Devil Hills & When to book:

  • In the Kill Devil Hills area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
