The Living Area also features a chair that pulls out into a Single Futon Bed, ensuring that everybody has plenty of space to spread out and get comfortable. A huge balcony, that feels like an outdoor room, spans the width of the condo with access from the living area and the primary bedroom. New dry-spacing and shades provide a shady dry area to relax and savor the ocean air. The well-supplied kitchen has updated cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, under-cabinet lights and more! Two hundred feet in the opposite direction you can conveniently walk to Kill Devil Grille – a favorite restaurant of locals and visitors alike, as well as Miller's Seafood & Steakhouse. Just down the road, you can find another fave, Ladles Soups, featuring the best soups, salads, and sandwiches on the beach! A short drive away are Mama Kwan's Tiki Bar & Grille, Stack'em High Pancakes, Dirty Dick's Crab House, & more!
