Centrally located on the beach, this home offers guests all of the amenities that they could need for their vacation, but is also the ideal spot for families wanting the full OBX experience. In just a quick walk to the beach, guests of Kinara will have their toes in the sand, all within steps from the doorstep.

Inside the home, you are greeted with refreshed and modern furnishings to ensure relaxation and comfort during your next Outer Banks visit. A entirely supplied kitchen will provide the chef in the family all that they'll need to prepare meals for anytime of the day. Appreciate indoor seating to fit the whole group comfortably, or take advantage of the outdoor seating on the deck to never miss out on that Ocean Breeze. When it's time to rest for the nighttime, the home offers two roomy bedrooms, each with its own private bath and comfortable linens to guarantee a restful sleep.

Exploring the OBX: Kill Devil Hills is located centrally along the Outer Banks and has dining, shopping and sightseeing options for everybody in the group. Explore the site of the first powered flight and learn about the history of aviation through interactive exhibits and ranger-led programs at the Wright Brothers National Monument, or head south and catch a sunset at Jockey's Ridge State Park.

Beach Access: Head south along NC12 to the Clark Street Beach Access. Access offers a paved parking lot for those who choose to drive, outdoor showers, a wooden walkway and lifeguard (Summer months only).

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

  • The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.   • Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on good feedback to propel new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
