This Ocean Breeze Community townhouse is the ideal beach hideaway! Spend your days strolling along sandy shores, taking invigorating swims in the on-site pool (opening in 2025), and appreciating some friendly fun on the recreational lawn. Grab a bicycle and discover the vibrant eateries and stores in Kill Devil Hills.
Back at your getaway, continue to appreciate the sea breeze from your private balcony. Inside, you'll find a enchanting blend of nautical appeal and modern comfort. The living room features comfortable seating and a huge intelligent TV, while the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, and plenty of space for meal preparation.
Cavernous and bright, the primary King bedroom on the top floor offers modern furnishings and a workstation in the hallway leading to another balcony. The additional bedrooms on the second level are equally cozy, with soft linens and central air conditioning. All three bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains. A private washer and dryer complete the interior amenities.

Public beach access is conveniently located across the street (Clark Street), roughly a 2-min. walk (450 feet) away.
A private hot tub will be added in April 2025, although a specific date has not yet been set.
Please note: We understand that some areas of the Ocean Breeze community are currently under construction, and we savor your patience during this time. The community is expected to be entirely complete by the end of summer 2025, if not sooner. Additionally, the community pool will open on May 15 and will be available for everybody to enjoy until October 15, 2025. We’re excited for you to make magnificent memories here!
