Conveniently located between the beach road and the bypass road at Milepost 8.5 in central Kill Devil Hills, this bright and inviting 3 Bedroom Home is so comfortable, the entire family will appreciate. We are dog friendly, too! Book with full confidence as this is the spot to "Seas the Day" for your OBX adventure. We are just a 5 to 8 min. walk to the Clark Street Beach Access so you can be dipping your toes in the sands and waters of the Atlantic in no time. If you prefer, we provide two beach cruiser bicycles to get to the beach even quicker! We also provide a beach caddy. Downstairs is the outside shower and bathroom along with a 6 person Hot Tub and full washer/dryer. You can also lounge the day away downstairs with a enormous hammock, picnic table and swing bench. Upstairs is the entry with huge balcony and outdoor furnishings and another stairway to our crows nest for more outdoor calming. The living room is open and colorful with comfortable seating. We have fast WIFI for all your devices. The kitchen is completely equipped and even has a dishwasher. You can dine up to 7 people with the table and breakfast bar seating. Each of the three bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen TV with cable and DVD/Streaming device. The master has its own bathroom with a queen sized bed, while the 2nd bedroom has its own deck with table/chairs and also has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has a twin/double bunk bed. We also provide linen service for all bedrooms along with 2 towels and 2 washcloths per bedroom. The main bathroom with tub/shower is located in the hallway. We clean the home ourselves and ensure a sanitized process is used for your safety. A short walk across the bypass (theres even a stop light for safety) there is shopping and dining to discover. There you will find Slice Pizza, Duck Doughnuts, Try my Nuts, OBX Brewery, Roosters Southern Kitchen, Captain Georges Seafood Buffet and many gift stores. You never have to get in the car for the beach, dining and entertainment! Look no further, your ideal OBX hideaway is upon you!

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Seaside Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Monument to a Century of Flight and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.

Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
