1st level: The entranceway into the home is on the right side, a 34-inch doorway - into the rec room. Elevator to all floors (35-inch wide clearance). The only direct access to the pool area is via a 30-inch sliding door. The queen bedroom has a private bath with a 34-inch doorway, a roll-in shower (no lip) with grab bars, and a folding seat.
2nd level: Roomy bedrooms with 36-inch doorways. Access to the deck via 28-inch wide slide door in den - 3-inch lip to deck
3rd level: Open/roomy living/dining/kitchen area. Deck access via 28 inches wide sliding door- 3-inch lip to deck
