Welcome to your ideal beach hideaway in handsome Kill Devil Hills! Salt Box is a striking 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanside home that is just steps away from the pristine beaches of the Outer Banks. Located less than a quarter mile away from the beach access, Salt Box is the ideal location to host your next OBX family vacation. The home is dog-friendly, so be sure to bring your pups along to appreciate in the fun as well!

The open living area is ideal for calming after a day at the beach. Kick back on the couch, watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or simply relax by the electric fireplace with a good book. The completely-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Step outside onto the 3 cavernous decks where you can savor your morning coffee, dine al fresco, or enjoy the sunset. Escape the sun with a nap on the hammock or socialize in the ample covered space and seating under the home. The fenced backyard is ideal for your four-legged family members to run and play freely.

This comfortable home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are ideal for kids or additional guests, with a queen bed in one and three twin beds (bunked and single) in the other. There are 2 full bathrooms, ensuring everybody has plenty of space to get ready for a day of beach fun or exploring the local attractions. Just a short walk away from the beach, you can spend your days swimming, building sandcastles, or taking leisurely strolls in the surf and once you're back to the home, wash off the sand in the privately enclosed outdoor shower.

Close to everything: Salt Box is conveniently located in central Kill Devil Hills where you can discover the historic Wright Brothers Monument, dine at marvelous local eateries, or shop for unique souvenirs at close by stores. Whether you're here for the beach, the history, or the relaxation, you'll find it all right at your doorstep.

In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
