Whether you're seeking a peaceful hideaway or an action-packed adventure on the Outer Banks, Sand Castle 4 offers the ideal home base for your beach vacation. Located on the second floor of the Sand Castle complex in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this appealing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal living.

Upon entering the home, you're greeted with a light and airy space, to make you feel right at home. Kick back and relax on the comfortable couches in the living room where you can relax after a busy day exploring the area or playing in the surf. The condo has two comfortable bedrooms, providing plenty space for up to four guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has vistas of the ocean and features an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and is ideal for additional guests. Take a invigorating dip in the community pool, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days. Stroll along the walkway to the beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the surf, or simply relax on the beach. For outdoor gatherings and cookouts, make use of the community grille and picnic area, ideal for appreciating meals with family and friends.

Beach Access: Sand Castle Community has a private beach access for guests staying in the community located directly behind building! Just a fast walk down the steps behind complex and use cleared path across the dunes.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.

Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (e-mail is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental prices in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
