Several outdoor table sets allow for eating 'al fresco' or just hanging out appreciating the ocean view, the pool area, or the screened porch. The ground-level rec room is cavernous and offers a foosball table for some fast-paced fun. A full wet bar, and a queen sleeper couch are also located in the rec room. The location is just as impressive as the property itself! Located smack in the middle of Kill Devil Hills, there is access from the property to peaceful secondary roads for cycling, strolling or running for miles. Take a walk for some shopping or lunch. Free family activities are just a short drive from the property including community tennis courts, playground, outdoor skate park and skate rink. Avid runners and bikers can pick up the packed Nature Conservancy roads off the bicycle trail just on the west side. The Nature Conservancy has trails for enjoying the natural beauty of an ancient dune forest, or spend all day, every day on the pretty beachfront (an easy walk from the property to the beach access). Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Animals are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
