Brand new construction! Kick back and relax in this brand new coastal modern bungalow with spectacular sound vistas from every deck and the living area. The bungalow is located on a impressive street near the Bay Drive multi use path with multiple miles of cycling and walking trail along the sound. The bungalow is just a 1/2 mile to the ocean and 1/4 mile to public boat ramp. Ideal for families or groups with 8 or fewer We provide all the amenities you need for a calming beach vacation
The best part of this home is the amazing sound vistas from all the decks and living area. The second floor of this home has an open concept floor plan. The modern kitchen has brand new slate appliances and is completely equipped to prepare family meals. There is a sizable dining table with striking sound vistas. The living room has 2 comfortable couches and 65” intelligent TV. There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed and calming spa like feel that carries into the primary bath with huge tile surround shower and enormous vanity. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and coastal decor. The en suite bath has a shower/tub combo and also has access from the main living space. Both bedrooms have intelligent TVs. The laundry closet is also located on the second floor.
The first floor has a second living space with kitchenette including a bar refrigerator, microwave, and 2nd coffee maker. There is a comfortable couch with pull out bed that sleeps 2 as well as a huge intelligent tv. The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with coastal decor and sound view. The en suite bar has a shower/tub combo. The additional living space is ideal for older guests that have trouble navigating stairs or a place for the kids to hang out and play supplied board games away from the parents.
There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and changing area to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.
We provide tons of amenities including coffee, sugar, creamer, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and cleaning products. We also provide soap, shampoo and conditioner.
