* No parking on grass or street. Parking for 2-3 cars under the home and depending on size up to an additional 4 in the driveway. (Grass to the left of the home does not belong to us. It is the neighbor's backyard and septic field. NO PARKING!)

* Houses in OBX run off of individual septic systems. It is imperative that no items other than toilet paper are flushed, even flushable items.

* We are on a dead end street with many neighbors that live here full time. Please respect the peaceful hours of 10:00pm - 7:00am and help me stay on my neighbors' good side.
