Welcome to Sun N' Sand! Located sound side in the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, in Kill Devil Hills, you'll find this bright and cheerful home waiting for you. Exclusive amenities are at your disposal to keep you and your family busy and entertained! If you are wanting to put your toes in the sand, the beach is only 1 mile away!

On the first level of the home, you will find a entirely equipped kitchen, a cushy living room ideal for calming, a modren dining area, and a half-bathroom. Step outside and hang out on the completely fenced-in patio area while you sip drinks watching the setting sun.

Walk up to the second floor and you will find a King En Suite with a 75-inch flat-screen TV and a Queen bedroom. A full common bathroom is located down the hallway. Parlor on the second-floor sitting room and put a film on the 65-inch flat-screen TV, ideal for a family movie nighttime.

Ascend to the third floor of the home and there is a kid-friendly bedroom, complete with two Twin beds.

The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.
