Located in Kill Devil Hills on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina, The Blue Oasis is located in a modest, peaceful neighborhood, just about a five min. walk to the beach.

Don't judge a book by its cover. We've been told many times that the exterior doesn't do the interior justice. This bungalow and surrounding property is for non-smokers only. It is well furnished and bigger than you would expect. The Blue Oasis is a freshly refreshed bungalow ideal for that comfortable, beach hideaway.

This attractively decorated home is ideal for 2 families with 2 queen size bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and a completely supplied, eat-in kitchen on the first floor. The second floor, which is accessed through the kitchen door or side entrance for privacy, has a family room, full bath, queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk (double on bottom, twin on top) and an additional twin.
We provide Wifi and Roku TV's in both living rooms and each bedroom with HDMI cables attached to hook up to your own devices. Each TV includes subscriptions to both Disney+ and Netflix.

This cozy bungalow offers a really impressive, fenced-in, cavernous backyard entertainment space, complete with an outdoor sectional couch with covered dining table, picnic table, above-ground, fenced-in kids's pool (9' in diameter and 28" tall at water line), gas grille, fire pit, hammock, swing, clothesline, a shed with yard and beach equipment, and an outdoor shower stall. We are excited to announce a hot tub will be installed coming April 2024!!

There is parking for at least 4 cars with street parking also available. The beach is within an simple 5 min. walk, and there are many eateries, stores, and attractions within a short distance.

Our prices may vary day by day. Please select your period to see the exact price for your selected dates. We have a 7 nighttime minimum stay during our peak season from May 25th-August 31st, with check-in and check-out on Saturday only. Towels and linens are included.

**Due to the serious allergies of some of our most frequent guests, we do not allow any animals at our property.
**PLEASE NOTE: The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must be among the group staying at The Blue Oasis.This bungalow is for non-smokers only, both inside as well as outside on our property, due to the severe allergies of owners as well as frequent guests.

**PLEASE NOTE: If you are here for work, a cleaning fee will be charged after every week of your stay, including a cleaning fee at the end of your stay, and my maintenance crew will visit every week to make sure all home policies are being followed.
