Are you ready for your Moonlit Manor oceanside vacation? Take a dip in your own private pool or hang out underneath the carport. There is an outdoor shower for you to use to get that sand off. For the grille masters of the group, they will savor the gas grille included. Walk into the home and discover an elevator to help carry your items up. (Please note that the elevator reaches up to the third level, with the fourth level effortlessly accessible by stairs.)
On the second level, challenge your friends to a game of pool and appreciate libations from the wet bar. Head out on the deck and feel the gentle ocean breezes on your face. Also on this level are two bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms are King En Suites with guests appreciating a private bathroom. If you want fresh clean towels while on vacation, make use of the laundry room supplied on this level.
Up on the third level is where memories are sure to be created! Look out the vast windows and catch a glimpse of the Atlantic Ocean staring at you. Feel complimentary to open a window to catch some breezes off the beach. On this level, you will find a full, modern kitchen with bar stool seating, a half bathroom, and a comfortable great room with an electric fireplace. There is a dining table to enjoy a great meal together or play your favorite board games. The coffee will taste even better sitting in the breakfast nook near the kitchen. Venture out onto the outdoor deck and enjoy your favorite drink while you listen to the outdoor sounds of the Outer Banks.
Upstairs on the fourth level, you will find the two Queen En Suites. There is a loft space here for more relaxation. The kids of all ages will enjoy the arcade game on this level as well.
When it is time to go to the beach, there is a private beach walkway for the entire oceanfront community to use. You will find bench seating and a gazebo as you walk towards the ocean. The view from the top of the steps never gets old.
Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you will be close to the Wright Brothers National Memorial, local stores, eateries, and attractions, ensuring an memorable hideaway at Moonlit Manor!

**Exclusive Umbrella Services from Farmdog Beach Services: (05/01/25 - 09/28/25). This home receives daily oceanfront umbrella and beach chair setup + breakdown services during your stay. No need to lug around your beach equipment when you stay at this home! Service includes (1) umbrella and (4) beach chairs. Setup hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is subject to local ordinances. Cabana service is supplied by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services are available upon request for an additional charge.**
**Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per nighttime of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Moonlit Manor is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No family pets allowed in pools.**
Check-in begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-out is 10am.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach.
