The Coffee Bar - offers a mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, 2 bottles of water, complimentary coffee for your first day (4 K-Cups), paper towels, paper plates/bowels, plastic forks, spoons and knifes. This area provides space for drinks, left overs and the ability to store and prepare simple foods at home! Keep in mind this is not a full kitchen please view photos. (Does not include stove or sink)

**This home is a duplex style layout, your rental is located on the ground level of the home. There is a completely separate apartment upstairs. Your apartment is 100% private for you and not shared with anyone. The other apartment is also rented on Airbnb so feel complimentary to reach out to us if you would like to rent both spaces!

CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN:

- Check In is at 4:00 PM. If our cleaners finish the home early we will send you the check in information as soon as the home is ready. We can not guarantee the home will be ready early or a specific check in time. Please plan accordingly!

- Check Out is at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately in order to get the home ready for the next guest in a timely manor we are unable to accommodate any late check outs. In addition our cleaners do charge infraction costs if they need to wait on guests to leave past 10:00 AM

HOW FAR IS THE BEACH?
- The beach is 4 blocks from the home so it is definitely within walking distance, however, we always recommend driving as you do have to cross one busier street. There are multiple complimentary parking beach accesses within a 2 min. drive.

IS THERE A GRILL?
- Unfortunately No. Due to wind we do not allow grilles.

WHAT SHOULD WE BRING?
- Beach Towels
- Additional coffee and paper products that you may need
- Any additional items you may need that we do not provide
PET RULES

- Rental Agreement will need to be signed after booking. A e-mail will be sent for this with a digital way to e-sign.

- Quite Hours are between 9pm and 9am - please no excessive noise or music during these times

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in fridges and freezers.
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside.
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests.
