3 bedroom, 2 bath home on peaceful cul de sac. 25' of canal for boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Our home is refreshed throughout. There is 300 square foot deck overlooking canal attached to home and as of January 1, 2025 a new 200 + square foot deck at the canalfront. New granite in kitchen and tiled bathrooms. Newer fixtures, hardware, vanities throughout. Peloton bicycle added in the Fall of 2024. Colington Harbour community offers the following amenities only 1 mile from home:
