3 bedroom, 2 bath home on peaceful cul de sac. 25' of canal for boating, fishing, swimming, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Updated throughout in 2014-15 to include 300 square foot deck overlooking canal attached to home and a 200 + square foot deck at the canalfront. New granite in kitchen and tiled bathrooms. New fixtures, hardware, vanities throughout. The Colington Harbour community offers the following amenities only 1 mile from home:

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Colington Harbour, a neighborhood in Kill Devil Hills. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Glazin' Go-Nuts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse and Island Farm. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Destination Fun are also worth visiting.

Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
