Charming well-kept semi-oceanfront bungalow. This home was designated in April of 2014 as an historic landmark of Kill Devil Hills. It was constructed and finished in 1955. The bungalow now has central heat and air as well as Wifi. The first thing that will catch your eye is the inviting front porch, just waiting for you to sit and watch the sun come up on balmy mornings at the beach or savor the cool evening breezes. This classic Outer Banks home with knotty pine walls and ceilings is the ideal family vacation spot.
