Turquoise Waves, a darling 3 bedroom, 3-and-one-half bath, pet-friendly home in the vibrant Bermuda Bay community.

As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a marvelous first impression of your vacation home.

Your family will adore the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this phenomenal resort. A modest water park marks the centerpiece of the community. Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment in which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, this is a constantly refreshed community; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just appreciating the view.

Every member of the family can find something to appreciate here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the gorgeous Kill Devil Hills beaches.

When you arrive for your stay, you will notice that the exterior of this bright home really lives up to its name! The first level has a sizable one-car garage with additional parking spaces available in the driveway. Storage space for beach items is available in the garage as well.

When you step inside the first level of the home, you will feel at ease in the cavernous living room. This home has an open-concept design, and the gourmet kitchen has plenty of cooking space, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an island. Just down the hall, you will find a comfortable half-bathroom.

Walk upstairs and you will find a casual sitting area just at the top of the stairs. The second level of the home features three En Suites. A enormous, cozy, King En Suite with high ceilings and private balcony access, a plush Queen En Suite, and a Queen day bed with a Twin trundle.

Turquoise Waves is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.
