This private 1100 sq ft top-floor oceanside condo is located in Kill Devil Hills. It has everything for an extraordinary beach vacation. Watch the sunrise over the water. Appreciate ocean vistas from every room and balcony. This unit is walking distance from great eateries and the local grocery store.

Sunburst @ Coastal Retreat is bright, meticulously maintained and well appointed. It has an energetic side, facing the beach, with phenomenal vistas and great people watching. Then it has a peaceful side facing away from the beach that is more private, but equally as bright and sunny.

Over the last 45 years, the beach at the 10 mile post has been wide and roomy with great sand dunes and wide beaches.

We keep the property very clean and comfortable, with all the supplies you need to have a great beach trip. With 3 bedrooms you can comfortably sleep 6.

Sunburst @ Coastal Retreat is in the true heart of the Outer Banks, near the 10 mile post in Kill Devil Hills. This area is home to some of the best local eateries.

Coastal Retreat is right off of South Virginia Dare Trail. Our unit has two marked parking spots (under the building, closest to the stairs).

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this condo is on the waterfront. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Monument to a Century of Flight are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve. Destination Fun and Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop are also worth visiting.
