Welcome to Emerald Star at Cambridge Reserve by KEES Vacations!

Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills, this three-bedroom semi-soundfront condo is fantastic! Great for long or short stays, Emerald Star offers convenience, comfort, and proximity to all things Outer Banks!

Located in the middle of the vibrant colors of Cambridge Reserve, Emerald Star will provide a feeling of relaxation the min. you walk in the door. On the second level, the hushed tones of the living room as well as the modern kitchen and dining area will be a crowd-pleaser. Grab a seat at the bar on one of the bar stools to chat with the chef of the group while they prepare the morning breakfast. For convenience, there is a half bathroom on this level as well. Outside the living area is a covered deck with a table and chairs to savor the breezy air of the Outer Banks.

The group will have to decide between one of the two King En Suites or the En Suite with the two Queen beds for sleeping accommodations - all located on the third level.

There's even more fun to be had on the first level. Here you will find a comfortable den with sitting areas and a TV. The patio off the back of this level includes an outdoor sitting area and a gas grille. End your evening with a nighttime in the hot tub under the relaxing sky.

Positioned on the west side of the island, Emerald Star accepts for sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. Savor access to the community pool that has both a lazy river and a splash pad, painless beach access that is a mile from the property, and sunset vistas from the soundfront community pier. Launch kayaks, bottom fish, or take in the surroundings while visiting this area. Nearby area attractions include the Wright Brothers Monument, the Bodie Island Lighthouse, Roanoke Island Festival Park, and day trips to Hatteras Island, Duck, and Corolla.

This property has 3 parking spots for guests: one in the driveway, one in the garage, and one designated overflow spot. (Guests are allowed access to the garage.) Please note that there are also multiple first-come, first-served visitor parking spots.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Pool vendors have until 6pm the day of arrival to service the pool and/or spa. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Wright Brothers National Memorial and Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Jennette's Pier and Destination Fun. Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
