At less than 500-feet to the 3rd Street Beach Access, it will be simple to spend a lazy afternoon splashing in the waves and tanning in the sand by the ocean.

A dry entry through the carport makes loading and unloading your suitcases and groceries a breeze! Inside, you'll appreciate ramping up the competition in the game room with a wall-mounted Flat Screen TV, mini-refrigerator, Arcade machine and new 3-in-1 game table with pool, air hockey & ping pong. A half bath is conveniently located adjacent to the game room. Step outside to the pool deck where you'll find plenty of loungers for calming after going for a dip in your own private pool. Unwind in the bubbly hot tub, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or prepare up your favorite local seafood in the close by park-style charcoal grille.

A huge staircase leads you up to the main entry through the home-length covered porch.
