This memorable 8-bedroom home has been a star in the Oceanside Vacation rental program for years, and the owners have lovingly maintained it in definitely pristine condition. Featuring a premier location in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, and close to a host of activities and attractions including the Wright Brothers Memorial, this gorgeous home will impress vacation rental guests from the ground up with a wealth of amenities, and exceptional ocean access and vistas.

If you're ready for some calming, outdoor entertainment after your drive to the Outer Banks, step outside and savor the shining waters of your 16' x 33' Private Pool which is bordered by a collection of chaise lounge chairs and a privacy fence to ensure seclusion. From here, take the Private Boardwalk to the beach, which features a modest, Dune-Top Deck where you can appreciate peaceful simple mornings and a cup of coffee with a sunrise over the ocean. A shaded warm, bubbly Hot Tub is also close by for painless relaxation while keeping an eye on the kids splashing in the pool. (Additional fee for pool heat in accordance with Oceanside Vacations pool service dates. Please request this one week prior to your arrival).

When it's time for indoor fun and relaxation, head inside to the Ground Level Game Room with a Full-Size Pool Table, Fridge, Wet Bar, and plenty of additional seating for everybody to enjoy blowing off some steam with some friendly competition. Head down the hallway when the kiddos are ready to get some rest where you'll find 2 Bedrooms, each with a Double Bed and a Twin Bed, and a shared Full Bathroom, keeping everybody close, comfortable, and cozy. There's also an additional Half Bathroom to use when you're having fun in the game room and a Washer/Dryer for easy mid-week washes to get the sand out of those bathing suits and beach towels.

Upstairs, on the Middle Level, you'll find plenty of space for everybody in your family group to rest up after a long and fulfilling day at the beach. Retreat to the King Master Bedroom with a Private Bathroom or the King Bedroom and Queen Bedroom that share a Full Bathroom. For even more space, you'll find an additional Queen Bedroom and a Bunk Bedroom with a Twin Bed and a Pyramid Bunk just down the hallway so the people you appreciate will never be far away. A Full Hallway Bathroom gives everybody the access they need while each room's Flat Screen TV with DVD player ensures no more fighting over what to watch. For calm, easy mornings with a cup of coffee and the sound of the sea, step out onto the Mid-Level Deck to greet the day with fresh morning breezes and the brilliant Outer Banks sun.

For family time, the Top Level is the place to be. Unwind in the cavernous Living Area with high ceilings and brilliant vistas of the ocean through a full wall of windows. Gather around the 42” Flat Screen TV for family movie nighttime and step out onto the Furnished Sun Deck for a ideal sunrise over the water or calming evenings watching the moon rise up over the ocean into a sky littered with stars. Cook up some fresh, local seafood in the Kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances, Granite Counter Tops, and an Ice Maker to enjoy in the Dining Area or the close by Bar Seating. Don't forget the Hallway Half Bathroom when you need to freshen up. And for a little additional privacy and comfort, get some rest in the King Master Bedroom with a decadent Whirlpool Tub, ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day exploring the best of the Outer Banks.

When you stay at Hook, Line, and Sinker, you'll not only have a comfortable beach home but you'll also be located in the middle of the OBX close to great eateries, fun activities, and other local attractions. If you have a foodie in your group, be sure to check out Outer Banks Brewing Station or Mama Kwan's for a delicious meal. For a fast lunch, Slice Pizzeria offers a great selection of different pizza pies and for dessert, you can pop over to the famed Duck Donuts in the same shopping center to enjoy a warm doughnut. For an outdoor adventure, head to Kitty Hawk Kites to try hang gliding, kiteboarding, or other fun water sports. Go for a walk or ride along the multi-use path that leads right to the Wright Brothers National Monument close by!
