Take a right out of the driveway and walk down to Hayman park (1 block down on a peaceful residential street - no busy roads to cross)Take a left out of the driveway to the bay front gazebo and flex path and savor the sunsets (2-min. walk).
To get to the beach (driving recommended) take a right out of the driveway and drive to the stop sign at the end of Hayman. Go straight across and there is complimentary beach parking right there!
