This five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom beautiful vacation home is centrally located in Kill Devil Hills along a quiet stretch of the beach only a few steps (35 yards) to the direct beach access at the end of Atlantic Street (crossing Virginia Dare Trail, Route 12). This beach access also provides lifeguards in the summer months.

Atlantic View 1 Mullen is also within easy walking or biking distance to several local favorite restaurants. The top level provides spectacular views of the ocean and the hydraulic elevator makes unloading luggage, supplies, and groceries a snap!

Guests of all ages will love the easy beach access, views, private pool, spacious hot tub, Foosball, elevator, and all the dining and shopping close by!

This is a non-pet friendly home, please NO PETS ALLOWED.

The pool (approximately 12x24) and hot tub open the 2nd week of May through the 2nd week of October. Should you have any questions regarding the pool or hot tub at your vacation home, please feel free to contact us.

Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be purchased for an additional fee.

Top Level: Kitchen and dining areas, spacious living area, half bath, king en suite with private bath with a shower, screened-in porch, sun deck.
