This home has it all and was designed to enable our guests to come together for family quality time as well as maximize individual relaxation.

This home has ground level elevator access to the left of the front stairs. There is a gravel walk-way and access through the slider door near the grill. There is NO other elevator access on the ground level.

Sheets and towels are provided for full-week rentals year-round.

Pool heat can be added for an additional fee of $350 per week. The pool is open from April 9th through October 22nd.

The fireplace and garage are for the owner's use only.

Top Level: Open layout with connecting kitchen, dining area, living area and sitting area all with direct access to sun deck with ocean views. Oversized king en suite with walk-in closet, 6-piece private bath, and private deck. Captain’s watch sitting area with ocean views and half bath.
