We purchased this home in 2019. Prior Vacation Rental By Owner listing for this home is 584738 with years of great reviews! In 2019-2024 we have made many, many repairs/upgrades to the home, All rooms have been repainted. Luxury vinyl plank floor installed in all bedrooms. HVAC/HW heater and roof were all replaced. 2 new sets of bunkbeds installed. New couches added to the great room. The master bathroom has been completely gutted and redone and has a walk in shower. A high top table has been added to the top deck to appreciate meals as well as 4 new polywood bar height chairs to take in the view.
