Welcome to Sea-Esta – Your safe bet for a family vacation! This home was constructed in 2004 and offers 4 Bedrooms (Sleeps 10), 3 full baths/2 half baths. This is a non-smoking residence with a private pool, hot tub, and plenty of parking space. The ground level features a king master bedroom with a private bathroom, in addition to a cavernous recreation room with TV/DVD, refrigerator, washer/dryer, powder room, and wet bar ideal for creating fun family memories. The mid-level includes two queen bedrooms suites as well as a bunk room (sleeps 4). The first queen has its own full bathroom and the second bedroom shares a full bath with the bunk room.
The top level opens to a great room, dining area, kitchen and powder room that will allow your family to gather together and appreciate the ocean air opening to a furnished, roomy sun deck. The ocean vistas are gorgeous from the living room deck with a cup of coffee! Please note that NO FAMILY FAMILY PETS ARE ACCEPTED.
