All you have to do is come and appreciate all there is to offer. There are 2 bedrooms with new carpeting. The Master bedroom has 2 closets, 1 with a vanity area. The 2 bathrooms downstairs with all new Vanities, lighting and floor. All new 2018 heating and air, Water heater, windows, siding, roof and decks. Comes completely furnished as pictured. Includes a library of books and board games. There are eateries and shopping all around. Walk to dinner or savor a nice bicycle ride. Local attractions so close you can see them from the dune deck: Wright Brothers memorial, Nags head Woods nature Preserve, Nags Head Fishing Pier to the south and Avalon Fishing Pier to the north. Also close by are, Jockey's Ridge and Jeanette's Pier. Bed linens are supplied. All you need to bring are towels.
