DOWnTIME is conveniently located off the bypass road. Although some people feel being closer to the beach is better, I am here to tell you that’s not necessarily the case. DOWnTIME is a premiere spot that’s located near great food, live music, walking distance to many attractions and shopping. 3 floor bungalow that sleeps 10. 3 Queen beds- 1 Full bed- 2 Twin beds and a sleeper couch. 3 full baths and an outside shower. 2 full decks with Spectacular Adirondack chairs so you can kick back and relax. Outdoor picnic table and grille available. Linens available for rent. Full washer and dryer.
Entirely loaded kitchen with all the amenities of home. Plenty of counter space and open cabinets for use.
Only a few steps away from the Wright memorial and tennis courts are across the street.
So much to do in the outer banks!

About the Area
Located in Kill Devil Hills, this cottage is near the beach. Jennette's Pier and Destination Fun are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf. Paradise Fun Park and Children at Play Museum are also worth visiting.
