As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a phenomenal first impression of your vacation home.

Your family will adore the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this outstanding resort. A modest water park marks the centerpiece of the community. Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, tons of fun toys and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment at which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, this is a community which is constantly being refreshed; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, ideal for fishing, launching kayaks or just appreciating the view.

Every member of the family can find something to appreciate here! If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1 mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the charming Kill Devil Hills beaches. Take advantage of the privacy fenced back yard to savor the relaxing warmth of a hot tub! Feel the jets massaging your cares away as you take in the starry skies over the sultry Outer Banks evening.

A sophisticated kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a handsome center island with pendant lighting and seating for 3 await the chef in the group and provide the ideal backdrop for good company and perhaps a shared glass of wine together. This special space is sure to see the creation of many delectable meals shared together as a group, while creating lasting memories. Savor your culinary masterpieces in the intimate dining space with a polished wood table for 6 and calming, neutral decor.

The cavernous King En Suite features a contrasting wood bedroom set and sliding glass doors out to the private grassy yard and that marvelous hot tub. The decadent bathroom features double sinks and an upsized tiled stall shower. Two additional Queen bedrooms contain handsome, reclaimed wood bedroom sets and cheerful linens in blues and greens. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 3 to May 19. Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.

About the Area

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach. Outer Banks Beaches and Nags Head Woods Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Stop-N-Shop Beach Shop and Destination Fun. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Paradise Fun Park are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and sailing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
