Your family will adore this clean and refreshed Coastal Cottage located close to the beach between the highways in Kill Devil Hills with elegant ocean vistas! Very short walk to the beach! Book early, once you appreciate your stay you will want to return.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered carport with 6 person hot tub for calming, savor the shade and cool breezes and the outside shower. Sizable picnic table for convenience for those meals cooked on the gas grille. Renters storage closet which contains additional beach chairs, sand toys and beach cart. Entry Level. Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom. Laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Access to back and front decks.

Mid Level: Enormous open floor plan for family and friends to gather with a well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3 and dining table seating for 6. King Master Bedroom with TV, private bathroom with double sinks, full tub and shower and access to the back deck and crows nest with ocean vistas. Second King Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom with shower and tub. All bedrooms with ceiling fans. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.

Located in Kill Devil Hills, this vacation home is near the beach.
