Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered carport with picnic table, charcoal grille, bicycle rack, outside shower and 6-person hot tub. Parking for 2 cars and landscaped sodded yard. Inside you'll find a Master Bedroom with a full bed (no interior access to the top level) with private bathroom. Seating area with couch, flat-screen TV, foosball coffee table and racing arcade game. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Open great room with flat-screen TV and sound bar. Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining table seating 6 with side table seating 2 and deck access. Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
