Koko’s Cabana is a comfortable freshly modernized 3 bedroom designer Cottage Oceanside in trendy Kill Devil Hills and is only about 350 steps to the 1st Street beach access. 1 and 1/2 bath indoors and an outdoor shower and toilet. Wonderful screened in back deck is ideal for hanging out, listening to the waves and has become a guest favorite. Dog Friendly! Features a enormous fenced-in lighted backyard with fire pit, Beach Cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, body boards, bicycles, beach toys all supplied. All you need is your swimsuit and flip flops.
