Centrally located, you are close to all the must see's while on your hideaway in the OBX! Launch your kayak or stand-up paddle board from the property.

You'll be neighbors with some of the most trendy property units like Sunset Sanctuary, and just around the corner from Scouts Harbor, and Sunset View, making it the ideal hub if you're traveling with family or friends staying close by.

This striking Canal front home offers striking vistas for nearly every room! As you pull up to the home you enter on the main/middle level with no stairs to contend with - one bed, bath, living room, dining & well supplied kitchen along with office space & sunroom plus deck with grille all located on this level.
Substantial open concept living room and kitchen. Sun porch offers those handsome sights of the Canal/Sound as well! Deck off of sun porch is a PERFECT way to savor the sunsets with a nice glass of your favorite drink!
Go up one level of inside stairs to the Master bedroom with attached ensuite with a private tub with more vistas of the Canal/Sound & shower with heat lamp. Lots of bespoke-made touches throughout this space - BONUS - mini-refrigerator in the master bath! The master bedroom is roomy with enormous closet and exterior deck facing the canal. Washer/dryer located upstairs as well along with 2nd bedroom with sizable closets!
Plenty of parking in the front and on the side of the home. HUGE boat dock with water and electricity - STRAIGHT shot out to the Sound - SUPER easy access! A special spot on the property we like to refer to as The Oasis - a comfortable spot to sit by the waterfront with outdoor firepit! Tiki bar located on the water side of the home for shaded waterfront enjoyment! Continue past the home to the community pool, sound beach, and tennis/pickle ball courts!
