As you drive into the Devonshire Place neighborhood, part of the Bermuda Bay community, you may wonder if you took a wrong turn somewhere and have ended up on a Caribbean Island. The vibrant hues of the homes and the pool in the community are bright and cheerful and create a astounding first impression of your vacation home.

Your family will adore the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this marvelous resort. A modest water park marks the centerpiece of the community. Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, tons of fun toys and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment at which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, this is a community which is constantly being refreshed; the Bay has a new pier constructed as of November 2019, ideal for fishing, launching kayaks or just appreciating the view.

If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a very convenient 1-mile drive from the Bermuda Bay communities to the handsome Kill Devil Hills beaches. A sophisticated kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a alluring center island with pendant lighting and seating for 3 await the chef in the group. This is a great space to create special meals and memories for the group, with generous counter space and cabinets and drawers full of everything you need. Enjoy your culinary masterpieces in the intimate dining space with a wood table for 6. For the little ones in the group, a highchair has been supplied so no one misses out on the get-together.

The roomy King En Suite features a coordinating distressed bedroom set and sliding glass doors out to the private balcony. The decadent bathroom features double sinks and an upsized tiled stall shower. A Queen bedroom features striking coastal decor, with whimsical coral detail. The additional Queen bedroom features handsome wooden furnishings. Both additional Queens are complete with their own private En Suite bathrooms.

Beginning May 24, the pool will be open daily and close on September 30 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
