This community is widely known for appreciating sunset viewing and peaceful visiting. The exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this fabulous resort include a lazy river, shining pools, a fun splash pad with various water features tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers for calming. The Elbow Beach Clubhouse includes a exercise center, lounge area, pool table, and a full bathroom for guest use. The clubhouse and exercise center are open year-round from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The Bay has a pier ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just enjoying the view.

This pretty 3 story townhome will be an instant hit with the entire group for the privacy it offers all of you. Both Queen bedrooms include their own private bath. You also can savor a true rarity on the Outer Banks - your own private garage! In addition, both En Suites, as well as the living area, include handsome outdoor seating options! Enter the first level of your vacation home through the garage, and on the first level you will find two Queen En Suite bedrooms. Mermaid Manor is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a modest one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on weekends only (Friday to Sunday) May 2 to May 18. Beginning May 23, the pool will be open daily and close on October 1 for the season. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**
