Three bedrooms with a pool and hot tub in Kill Devil Hills! Located on a peaceful residential street on the west side in KDH, 'Run Hill Retreat' is the ideal hideaway for your family. The interior of the home is bright, fresh, and comfortably furnished and decorated. Outside you will find an entire getaway to savor all week long - a swimming pool, hot tub, patio/grilling area, outdoor shower, and huge fenced in yard to boot.
Perhaps the best part of the marvelous outdoor space is the ground-level TV room/ kitchenette/ bathroom just off of the pool. Everyone can come and go from the pool to this ground level space for a snack, drink, bathroom break, TV break, etc. without having to trek all the way upstairs. Conveniently located just mins. from many eateries, grocery stores and stores as well as trendy attractions like the Wright Brother's Monument, Run Hill State Natural Area, and the disc golf course. Just a short drive from multiple public beach accesses with parking. Please note that photos were taken during the winter while the pool was covered. CVR pools are NOT heated and open seasonally (mid-May through mid-October unless otherwise stated in the listing). Hot tubs are open year-round unless otherwise stated.
