Your family will adore the exclusive amenities available to you as a guest of this outstanding resort. A modest water park marks the centerpiece of the community.
Sparkling pools, a fun splash pad with various water features, tons of fun toys, and plenty of sun loungers create a super fun environment in which the kids will want to spend the whole day! Plus, there is a community pier which is ideal for fishing, launching kayaks, or just appreciating the view.

Every member of the family can find something to savor here. If you're longing to feel the sand in your toes and simply must visit the beach, it's a convenient 1-mile drive to the striking Kill Devil Hills beaches. The first level living room is filled with extravagant touches, such as a couch with a chaise lounge, relaxing neutral colors, shabby chic and coastal decor. Savor your favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen HDTV with a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the completely privacy fenced back yard, complete with a gas grille.

A sophisticated kitchen with contrasting cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and a splendid center island with pendant lighting and seating for 3 await the chef in the group. This is a great space to create special meals and memories for the group, with generous counter space and the cabinets and drawers full of everything you need. Enjoy your culinary masterpieces in the intimate dining space with a polished wood table for 6 and striking, eclectic decor.

The roomy King En Suite features a coordinating shabby chic bedroom set and sliding glass doors out to the private grassy yard. The decadent bathroom features double sinks and an upsized tiled stall shower. A Queen bedroom features handsome yellow and coral decor, with a whimsical mermaid detail. The additional Queen bedroom features pretty paisley print linens and rich wood furnishings. These two bedrooms share a full hall bath.
